Shane Williams & Tommy Bowe, 'Life as Lions'

Newbridge RFC and Shane Williams Promotions Ltd are delighted to announce a special British Lions evening on Friday March 26th at the club.

The first event of it's kind which will feature IRB World Player of the Year 2008-2009 Shane Williams and Irish Grand Slam winner Tommy Bowe.

The event will be hosted by International referee Nigel Owens.

Speaking on the event, Shane Williams added "This is the first time we have gone out to rugby clubs in Wales and it is perhaps fitting that we are going to one of Wales' most famous clubs, Newbridge RFC."

The itinerary for the evening will be as follows:

– Doors open at 6.30pm

– Intro to special guests Shane Williams and Tommy Bowe

– Shane and Tommy, 'Life as Lions'

– Q&A session

– Raffle

– Auction (Includes items from Shane Williams)

– Nigel Owens – Tales of a referee

– Opportunity for photographs and autographs

– Sales of merchandise

– Event closes at approx 11.30pm

For this special event, tickets are limited to 4 per person and are priced at just £15. With an expected sell out, tickets will go on sale from mid-day this Saturday (13th February) on a first come first served basis.
